I want to share with you a bit about our very special Christmas Eve Letter from Santa, and how it came to be. The truth is, the only unfortunate negative impact of running a Letters from Santa service to help Santa out is the fact that my time is pretty consumed by it in November and December. Not only am I often a sleep-deprived (sadly) grumpy mama, I am sometimes just a little lacking in the organizational department. I’ve gotten better through the years and attempt to get the maximum amount of preparation done ahead of time as possible. I try to get Christmas presents purchsed in the end of November, and wrapped well beforehand, and try to get the Little Helper on her cards and gifts early too.
Your kids will likely be thrilled to send out Santa their Christmas wishes on these adorable free printable templates! Presented by Letters from Santa. Ironically, one important thing I have found time and again I am scrambling for on the very very last minute is ensuring my own little Holiday Helper gets her very own Letter from Santa! I understand it may sound ridiculous, but more than once I found myself on Christmas Eve distressed because Santa had not sent a letter yet, and i also felt completely responsible! I still feel terrible considering how dutifully she would write and send off her Letter to Santa, simply to sit and wait, and wait, and wait…
Which, my buddies, is how the Christmas Eve Letter from Santa was born! Santa and I enjoyed a good old chat about the situation, and that we worked together to generate the Christmas Eve Letter. As well as the Stocking Stuffer Letter from Santa too, having said that i will explain more about that in another post. Oh and i also may also let you know a little more about our Late Reply from Santa. Fortunately, I actually have never needed that a person, but my stats explained that lots of people may find it helpful. Having known the discomfort of dropping the magical santa packages, I felt compelled to question Santa to help those parents out too!
Santa wants to send these special Christmas Eve Letters from his sleigh while en route from the North Pole! He reassures children he is in fact on his way using their Christmas gift aboard. Also, he acknowledges he knows they are hoping for a particular gift, which while he isn’t always in a position to bring precisely what they request, he knows that they can love the gift he selected simply for them. Better yet, Santa tells them just what wrapping paper to search for underneath the Christmas tree!
And traditional Santa is enormously helpful in encouraging those to get themselves off and away to their sugar plum dreams because he can’t come in until they are fast asleep! Not only has he eased their anxieties about his arrival, but Santa has helped in order to avoid any disappointment Christmas morning if they don’t find just what was on their Christmas wish list!

After we finish any last second errands (and there is inevitably something!) and wrap any last minute gifts, we bake fresh cookies for Santa and tuck into a special Christmas Eve dinner. Not to mention we check in with NORAD’s Santa Tracker at regular intervals therefore we recognize how close he or she is getting so when we must reach bed!
